     Freddy has trained a few hundred dive professionals who are now active worldwide within the recreational diving industry. Most of Freddy's students started their careers as beginning divers with him, and as years passed, they trained more with Freddy, sometimes traveling half the way across the globe to achievement leadership level and Instructor ratings with their mentor, the person who became with years a model, a confidant, a mentor, a trainer and most of all... a friend.
     Freddy has a unique ability in relationships with his students, and all of his graduates and trained instructors agree that he is one of the most amazing communicator and passionate trainer one could meet in any field. Freddy not only teaches Instructors, he coaches them on the path of safety, concern and success, because he cares about the quality of the dive leaders and educators of tomorrow. He knows that he will step down one day and he dreams to leave after him a legion of talented, safe, enthusiastic, and professional instructors, motivated to carry on the mission to safely educate the public in one of the most wonderful activities available to humans: scuba diving!
