     Freddy run an other successful NAUI ITC this October at the European Diving Career Institute in Varna, Bulgaria, where 5 new NAUI Instructors were training for Bulgaria and neighboring Romania.

 
     Consult Dive International will collaborate with NAUI affiliate The Dive Shack in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada to run the first NAUI ITC in years in Maritimes Canada. Course will be held in August 2003.


 

     NAUI is introducing, April 2002, the new RBGM diving tables. These tables are going to revolutionize the traditional way we are using decompression and non-decompression diving tables in the industry. This tables are a breakthrough in the research of decompression theory and will be used as a base for a new generation of diving tables in the future.
     RGBM tables have a recreational and technical diving application, and will be used by both to enhance divers safety. More information, click here.


 

     Consult Dive International has relocated in April 2002 in Kumamoto, Kyushu, Japan. All regular ITCs and Pro Career Programs scheduled in usual locations will be conducted as scheduled.

     After being awarded the "Outstanding Service Award" by NAUI Pacific rim in July 2000 for promotion of NAUI leadership in Asia, Freddy received this year 2002, the NAUI Worldwide "Outstanding Service Award" 2002 for NAUI development and leadership training. This award is considered to be the "Oscar" of the recreational diving industry and one of the most prestigious award in the field. Freddy became one of the youngest recipient in the history of the Award according to some senior NAUI sources.
     Congratulations to Freddy on this achievement.
     Chosing not to be original on that particular moment, Freddy dedicated this award to "all his past, present and future students, without whom nothing would have been possible, and to his family: wife Jennifer and three sons: Cedric, Eric and Brandon..."


 

     Consult Dive International tied up with NAUI affiliate member Aquaventure BVI to run a NAUI ITC and related programs (Instructor Trainer Workshop, and NAUI / ASHI Instructor workshop) in Tortola in August 2002. The entire program will be run by Freddy assisted by Mr. Phil Brown, owner of Aquaventure BVI and NAUI Instructor Trainer as Academic Director.

     After the last successful NAUI Instructor Training Programs at the European Diving Career Institute in Varna, Bulgaria, Freddy will conduct the next 8 days NAUI ITC at the Institute September 01-08 2002.
